Trying to remotely install Snap Deploy Management Agent. Failed to start service

Hi there,
I am having problems deploying remotely or locally the management agent to pc's. When i try locally it says it cannot find the licence server even when i specify where the server is. When i try remotely it tells me i have a incorrect logon. The machines that i am trying to deploy to are XP professional. The components that are installed are all currentely on Windows Server 2008 x64.
The error log that it gives me is:
Failed to start service. (0x450007)
Tag = 0x203858FE9CB88E63
The service did not start due to a logon failure (0xFFF0)
code = 8007042D)
Tag = 0xBD28FDBD64EDB8AF
