Universal Deploy Problem

Thread needs solution

Forgive me i am a noob and probably in the wrong forum.
My issue is we are trying to get the Universal Deploy to work with no avail.. we go thru the entire
procedure and when the target computer boots up it is still missing the drivers.

we setup a master image and created a driver repository. We downloaded latest drivers and extracted them to ini files. Wondering if anyone had this problem?
any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am having the same issue, no solution yet. I was told to download drivers with the .info, .sys, .oem extentions. Problem is I am having dificulty finding the drivers and not sure if it is the hard drive drivers or controller driver which I can't find for the target pc.
Sorry I am not helping, is just frustrating.

It is very frustrating, i have tried multiple things and got the same results.
i was hoping that this forum would be my salvation, but i guess not.

Hello Ronald, Hello Carlos,

Thank you for using Acronis Software.

Unfortunately, you did not specify with which Acronis product exactly did you have a problem. From the description I can deduce that you are working with Acronis Snap Deploy 4.0.

You should download the latest drivers from the manufacturer. The driver must match the operating system inside the image. Once the drivers are unpacked, you will find there .inf, .oem, .dll and .sys files. Unpacked drivers cannot be used during deployment using Acronis Universal Deploy (they have .exe or .cab or .zip extensions).

Hello Everyone,

What software would you use to unpack the executable files. I have some driver files for a Dell T3610 workstation and the drivers are in .exe format and trying to find a program to unpack them so I can use universal deploy.
