Using Universal Deploy is not 'seeing' its own licenses

Thread needs solution

Hi All,

I have a situation here where we have used all of our Snap Deploy Licenses and we still have many Universal Licenses left.
When I create a template i choose use 'Acronis Universal Deploy' towards the end. All other settings are pretty basic, no extra drivers or Mass storage drivers (so I uncheck these) or applications.

Yet when I create a manual deployment shortly after the deployment starts I receive a 'Host xx.xx.xx.xx Failed to deploy, No free licences'.

How do I get my Universal Deploy template to 'see/use' the Universal Deploy licenses?

Cheers
Propaganda.

Hello Propaganda Helpdesk!

Thank you for finding time to report about the issue. I understand your concern and will be glad to assist you.

There are several possible reasons for such issue, not only the lack of serial numbers. It can also be a glitch in the connection to the License Server or some problem. In order to solve the problem we need to localise the cause, so the issue requires investigation.

Please gather the following information:

  1. Screenshot of the License Server
  2. OS Deploy Server logs
  3. Deployment Agent logs
  4. Wireshark

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached. Keep in mind that should there be any procrastination with the reply, you can always specify us the case number. We will do our best to speed up the process.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!
