Acronis cloud storage - discrepancy in storage space used

Thread needs solution

My Acronis account says "Cloud space used:  2GB of 5GB".

The Acronis Cloud page says "5GB left".

I can't find any files in the Acronis cloud, even though I did attempt to use it over a year ago.

I'd post in-message pictures, but this site doesn't make it easy to do that, so see attachments.

When will the cloud service be available again? Is there a posted schedule of downtime?

Got the "server is not available" error again.

It did work briefly last night.

I'd PM you the full screenshot of the error message I  just received, but I can't send attachments via PM.
