Acronis scheduler service not running

Using Windows 10 with Acronis TI 2016 (Build 6595) here. Over the last month or so, the backup scheduler service has been very flaky.  After using 2016 for some time, it has suddenly become relatively unstable.  I'll frequently open the computer to find a message saying that the service has stopped.  When I open ATI, I find that it hasn't run in a week or so, even though I have at least one job of some sort (file or incremental) scheduled to run every day. Anyone else experienced this?  Manual backups run fine.

Les, I am not aware of any general issues with the Acronis scheduler service not running being reported in these forums though there are sporadic reports by some individual users.

One solution for some users has been to change the Acronis scheduler service to "Automatic (delayed start)" rather than just being set to Automatic.

If this doesn't help, then you could try doing a Repair install of the product which means downloading the full ATIH 2016 latest installer and running this again over the top of your existing installation.

Thanks for the suggestions, Steve.  I'll try the Automatic (delayed start) first, then move to reinstall later.
