Acronis will not register Acronis True Image 2016 update

Thread needs solution

I have been attempting to register my True Image software after the True Image 2016 update.  I have copied my serial number from the software's "Account" page and pasted it as the Product Key on the online registration page, but I keep getting the message "0 of 1 keys were registered".  My online Accronis Account continues to not show a registered product.  Even my IT guy is stumped.  Does anyone have any ideas?

Duncan, sorry but we can help with product registration issues here in the user forums as have no access to the Acronis systems where these are dealt with.
