Activation page not found

Thread needs solution

Just installed Acronis 2016 on another machine (I have a 3 device license) and when it tries to activate it is met with a "page not found" error: http://imgur.com/Gwpu2qI (url: http://www.acronis.com/en-us/activate)

Anyone else encountered this? Pretty disconcerting that the activation page is somehow not there. :( Any help is appreciated!

Alex, are you entering the license key in the application?  If so, it should activate on it's own. If this is not happening, please opena  support case - it is a no fee situation...

Hi Bobbo,

I appreciate your response. I have confirmed that I am inputting the license correctly into my product, but the problem is that the application cannot get to the acronis activiation page. Indeed when I try to manually navigate, I am met with a "page not found" from the Acronis website.

I believe that this may be an instance where I have to open a support case. Thank you for your help.

Yeah, if you go to support and open chat, they should be able to resolve this on the spot. This is a free support case so don't hesitate to get that going.
