Add Backup Not Working

Thread needs solution

I am running Acronis 2016 on a Windows 10 HP Pavilion laptop. I have created backups on an external hard drive using Acronis 2016. The backups do not appear in the backup list. I tried adding them using Add Backup and they still do not appear in the list. I have attached three screen shots that may help with your analysis of my problem. A solution would be greatly appreciated.

Donald, do you have a screen shot showing what is in your ATIH 2016 task list?

I would only expect one of the files shown in your drive screen shots to be shown in the task list, i.e. Entire PC (DESKTOP-5L0EIQH) (with or without the final _full_ or _inc_ part of the file name).

Donald, I agree with Steve: if you see just one entry in the list, "Entire PC (DESKTOP-5L0EIQH)", then it is totally correct behavior. To verify that all the backups are available for restoration, click "Recover disks" button and open the drop-down list "Backup versions" in the top upper corner. According to the screenshots that you provided, there should be 6 dates - recovery points.
