Backup failed

Thread needs solution

Hi There,

MY regular backup is failing and here is the log I received. Can anyone please decipher as to what is going wrong here ?

Maybe a corrupt catalogue (or is database the correct term with Acronis)? That normally means you might have to recreate your backups from scratch. Just keep the old backups as depracated.

This issue can be related to several issues such as corrupted databases, erorrs on the storage where the backup is etc. So, creating a new backup will surely resolve the issue. To ckeck that, please, run the validation process. Unfortunately, if the backup is corrupted, it can not be continued. I strongly recommend you to upgrade to the recent version of Acronis True Image 2016
