Backups will not run now, worked fine yesterday....

Really hate Acronis not having a tech support email......

Couple places to start looking.

Check the TI Scheduler/Advanced settings and make sure the option "run only when idle" is NOT checked.

Confirm that the storage target is attached and is visible within Windows

Confirm that the drive letter for the storage target has not been changed by Windows to another drive letter.

Confirm storage target disk has enough free space for another full disk backup.

Examine log file named "Storage service+date of backup due" located at

c:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Logs

 

Edited: Corrected typo

Ok checked all above and are good.

Could not find any log named "Storage + Date of backup due", all the logs in that folder ar "consle' or "Service" titled.

My memory was faulty. I wrote storage but was thinking service so the log named service was was I was referring to.

How is your backup being triggered? Is this a scheduled backup or one that occurs based on incidents such as shutdown?"
