first of all we should turn off fast startup. The next most important thing is updating your drivers and uninstalling cpu intensive programs. You should also clean up files to regain more space in windows 10. source: http://merabheja.com/fix-kmode-exception-not-handled-error-windows-10/

This problem may arise due to problematic softwares on your PC. go to control panel and uninstall any recently CPU intensive and suspicious programs which you may let go away from your system.
I would suggest you to read more about other methods before deciding which one would be best for you. This answer from Tom's Hardware might help.

Hi,
Could you boot into safe mode? Have you previously configured the boot menu?
P.S. If not, then most likely you will need to use the installation disk Windows 10 to boot in Windows RE (Recovery Environment).
