[BUG] Creating a sync - Icon shows "done" while the sync initiates

If i create a new sync TI2016 takes approx 20-30 seconds to anylyze files before the actual file transfer starts. I see this as normal.

However, what i as the end user sees during those seconds is a icon that indicates that everything is done. During this time there is nothing in the UI that indicates that "something happens in the background". This is very confusing imo. (See sync_start.png)

When the file transfer starts the icon changes to something i do expect to see, an arrow pointing to the right and animated dots on each side that indicates that "the sync to the cloud is in progress".

Point being, when i start a sync i want to have a visul clue from the very start that the sync is in progress, not a green check that actually shows that the sync is finished or up to date.
