Build 5620

Thread needs solution

ATI build 5576 had to sign in once when first installed. ATI build 5620 after first install got a sign-in screen all was greyed out. Window just sat there. Restarted windows and ATI. Sign-in screen once again. This time I left it alone. After about a minute I signed in with my email registration and password. After about a half minute window said there was an error signing in! Clicked the window to close and I then received ATI normal desktop screen.
UNINSTALLED BUILD 5620 AND WENT BACK TO BUILD 5586.

I believe there were/are some problems with the registration server that are most likely due to high traffic demand. You might wish to try again in a day or so.

I have this issue too. Why can I sign in to the website without issue, but the desktop app fails to sign in?

Here is the log from my chat earlier on, which was not able to resolve the issue (I could not do remote session at the time):

You: Note that I already had licence registered earlier, and was logged in, it was only when I signed out and back in that I started seeing problems
Vicky: I understand. The pop up for login in Acronis True Image 2016 comes by default and cannot be disabled at the moment.
Vicky: Will there be anything else I may assist you with today?
Vicky: I understand that you would like to use the cloud backup.
You: I dont think you've understood. I wan't to log in so I can use the cloud back up. Every time I try to log in, the program reports an error
You: still here
Vicky: Please try to login after activating the product. Please also try to disable antivirus and firewall and then try to login.
You: i had already done that
Vicky: I need to refer to my resources to look for an exact solution to this issue. May I place this chat session on hold for 2-3 minutes?
