can not restore files on a mac

Thread needs solution

Hi,   I can backup files on my mac with no issues, but when i try to restore a file it opens a page in safari and after a while i get a "502 Bad Gateway" message along with "nginx/1.8.1"   i have turned off the firewall to see if that helps with no success.

Any Suggestions

Michael, I would recommend raising a post for your question in the specific Acronis True Image for Mac forum where you will find more people with experience in using that product rather than here where the majority of users are for Windows systems.

Also, this may be an issue on the Acronis side.  Technical support is always covered for recovery issues and/or site issues.
