Deleting settings of multiple backups

Thread needs solution

In ATI 2016 I have loads of old backups listed in the left column.  I suspect this may be influencing the huge and increasing amount of time that is being taken to validate an image immediately after it is created.  So I would like to delete the settings (not files) of most of my backup images.  Is there any way of doing this in bulk rather than selecting each one and then right clicking ?

Backup operations menu

  • Delete - depending on a backup type, this command completely deletes the backup from its location or allows you to choose whether you want to delete the backup completely or the backup box only. When you delete a backup box, the backup files remain in the location, and you will be able to add the backup to the list later. Note that when you delete a backup completely, the deletion cannot be undone.

Hello Eugene,

Thank you for your posting! Unfortunately it's not possible to apply settings to all backup plans at once. Each plan should be modified separately. I will register your feedback in our internal system.

Thank you,

Eugene,

If you want to remove ALL of your tasks and start over with ALL NEW TASKS,

this link will show you how.  You can ZAP all tasks which will include any rogue tasks,

or you can selectively delete individual tasks or your choosing.
