Nonstop Backup stops every day

Thread needs solution

Hi,

my Nonstop backup starts with the booting of the PC (Windows 10) and stops after some minutes. A restart is not possible. The system is (as far as I can see) not overloaded or blocked by other processes.

Any idea one how to find the source of the problem?

alphapapa, what happens when you try to restart? Did you try to re-create backup plan?

Yes, when I restart, it stops again almost immediately.

The problem happend earlier (with version 2016). I deleted the NSB and re-created it again. Same result.

Example:

Started 21.01.2016, created cdp1.data to cdp143.data  (Fullbackup)

Next entry: 26.08.2016 cdp144.data

Next entry: 01.02.2016 cdp145.data

A restart just minutes ago produced: cdp1.data

cdp.solidmeta, cdp.metadata and config.xml are excisting

I need the Nonstop Backup for my daily work, if there is no solution, I need to change to a working solution which would be a pitty as I was using Acronis Backup for many years.

Hello alphapapa,

Our development team is currently working on the issue with NSB suddenly refuses to run. Unfortunately there is no fix yet. As workaround we suggest setting up hourly incremental backups instead of NSB. If you experience this issue please send us Acronis System report as a feedback.
