OLD Info Remains?

Thread needs solution

Hi All,

My Acronis Schedule has not been running for some reason.  I Have a custom Full backup scheduled Mon/Wed/Fri at 4AM when my Win 10 X64 computer is up and idle.  It says next backup date and time and when my system gets there, it doesn't run but changes the next run to the new date/time???  So I uninstalled ATIH 2016, deleted the backups on my external USB drive and reinstalled ATIH 2016.  Some of the same defaults were still there when I went to options to set up a new backup, how is that possible?  Doesn't deleting the software delete everything?

 

How do I delete EVERTHING to start fresh, so it runs properly?  This is weird, that old options still remain after uninstalling the software completely, thanks for any advice/information...

Uninstall Run Acronis Cleanup Tool https://kb.acronis.com/content/48668 Reinstall If you upgraded from 2015 I highly recommend this. It's the only way to get Dashboard to work properly after upgrading from 2015. This also fixed a problem where the next full backup overwrote my original full backup.

Thanks All for your input/advice on my problem,

The IOBIT V5 uninstaller (free no less) removed every piece of ATIH 2016.  When I ran the 2016 installer again nothing remained from the previos installation at all.  I'm redoing my schedule and I'll see if I can get back on track with my backups.
