update 6559 fails to install

Thread needs solution

I recently purchased six licenses of Acronis 2016 just over a month ago. I got the alert that an update was available and have downloaded it but it will not install. It keeps giving me the install failed error.?? When logging into the support site it tells me my support has expired?? HELP?!?!

Run the cleanup utility as mentioned here: 

https://kb.acronis.com/content/48668 (don't forget to reboot when all is done)

If you haven't downloaded v6559 from your account yet, please do so (perhaps do so anyway in case the first download got corrupted in the process). 

Before installing, disable for Antivirus software temporarily.  Oncw disabled, then, right click on the installer and select the "run as administrator" option to begin the install and hopefully all will go well after that.
