What's TI doing ?

Thread needs solution

I'm on Windows 10 x64, build 10532, and I have TI2016 (local only, no "Cloud stuff", or "Parallels", and all my backups are set to "Do not schedule", and there are no active backups running

But I'm seeing this sort of dialog (see picture), when shutting/restarting windows

What is TI doing and why ?

When the PC loads Windows it starts several services related to Acronis TI 2016, including the driver for mounting *.tib files. These services, and any active backups are terminated before Windows can shut down.

This has always been the case, but in ATI 2016 the message appearing on screen was chaned indicating what was delaying the shutdown.

Same here! I have set two of the services out of the FOUR to manual start - Nonstop Backup Service & Sync Agent Service. I have also stop schedhlp.exe and trueimagemonitor.exe from starting. I don't use this stuff and it appears all is OK without them. Still getting the notice. And to Acronis, this is a trial copy. Coming off of Norton Ghost.
