Welcome to these public User Forums.
Sorry, but it is not clear exactly what you are doing here and what actual disk drives are involved?
What version of Windows OS do you have working here?
Is this Windows 10 on your C: drive, or is it Windows 7?
How many separate drives do you have?
Do you have 2 separate / different SSD drives installed, and are these the same type of SSD's being used, i.e. both SATA drives?
What format is used for each version of Windows OS?
Is Windows 10 using UEFI / GPT when booting, or is it Legacy / MBR?
Is Windows 7 using UEFI / GPT when booting, or is it Legacy / MBR?
What CPU architecture is used for each version of Windows OS?
Are both using 64-bit architecture, or do you have a mix of 64-bit and 32-bit OS here?

Hey Steve,
My Computer uses a workstation rigg
it is Singlecore intel xeon and supermirco mainboard with bios from 2013

and made d: primary disk in bios. after I failed to recover window 7pro x64
errors in the backup.
I have 2 SSD Sata (c: and D:) and one PCIe SSD ( Back upfiles)
Is Windows 10 using UEFI / GPT when booting, or is it Legacy / MBR?

Thank you for the further information.
I used to have windows 7pro x64 on c:, now I have windows10 pro x64 on both c: and d: because I cloned it. and made d: primary disk in bios
Can you boot into Windows 10 from both C: and D: without problem?
Please run the command msinfo32 in Windows 10 and check what is shown for the BIOS mode being used by Windows 10.

Ok, that sounds like you have a solution to this issue here if you have Windows 10 working and have recovered your data from the Windows 7 backup image.
