Click on the picture of the "Source" Disks and Partitions, click on Full partition list, and be sure all the disk drives and partitions in your system are checked.

this create a full backup?(inlcuding c drive and OS?)i see three options :entire pc , disks and partitions , folders.which should i choose?

Hi Vasilis,
"Entire PC" backup will save all data on all your internal disks.
"Disk/partition" backup will allow you to select which disks/partitions you want to include. If you need to back up your system, make sure that system partition (usually C:) and system reserved partition (if there is one) are included.
"Files/folders" backup allows you to select separate folders and files for backing up.

You need to select either first or second option.
