won't connect to cloud for backup

Thread needs solution

Have been trying multiple times in multiple configurations over the last 24hrs to backup this computer to the cloud. All I ever get is the icon going "round 'n round" and the note at the bottom saying "connecting to acronis clound" "calculating time remaining". (see jpg attachment). This screenshot was taken after about 2 hours of clicking the "backup now" icon. And if I want to delete & reconfigure a setup, I have to go into configsys & turn off ALL acronis programs, then reboot, delete the existing setup, go back to configsys, turn all acronis programs back on and go thru the reboot process again.

I need an answer that will solve these issues.
