Well, it looks like it is waiting for you to click the Backup Now button in the bottom right hand corner of the GUI.

Do I denote a hint of sarcasm?
I have closed & opened & rebooted several times and still after pressing the Backup Now button, it does NOT commence Backup!

I also just noted that it says my System is Windows 7?
Up until a couple of days ago it was, but this system (I have 5) is now Windows 10, 32 Bit Home Version

No sarcasm intended, just was not clear what exactly was happening.
Since you have recently upgraded to Windows 10 I would suggest running a repair on the True Image installation. You can do this using the Programs and Features function in Windows 10. Locate and select Acronis True Image and choose Uninstall. You will be presented with a menu from which you can select Repair.
If that fails to solve the issue then I would recommend you uninstall the application and re-install it.

Thanks every one!
Sorry for the delay responding but I had to do a complete Acronis reinstall from scratch!
All is working well now thanks mostly to your kind help!!
May I ask that when one needs to do a full restore how does one do that? I mean which file(s) Backups do I need to select?
e.g. Just the one(s) with the latest Date on it i.e. the most recent Backup?
I also assume that individual Data files can be plucked = copied and pasted to an internal drive, yes?
Thanks again

Good to hear you got things working.
You ask about recovery, the app by default creates incremental scheduled backups. This schedule will create a backup chain. Recovery success depends on the integrity of all incremental files in the backup chain For a recovery to be successful from any incremental bckup file it is necessary that all previous incremental files in the chain be valid backups. Thus it is necessary that each file created by the application be validated. Validation can be set up in the app to occur during backup creation or it can be run later by the user but either way it must be done.
I strongly suggest that you give the Web help documentation, links located on the left side of this page, a thorough read especially the backuo and recover sections so that you can gain some understanding of application operation. This will go a long way in making the app make sense to you and in your ability to use it effectively. Anything you do not understand can be posted here and will likely be answered by someone.
You ask about the copying of individual files which I think you mean for example a text document you created. This can be done by mounting the backup file using Windows File Explorer and opening the backup file, locating the text file, then right click on the file to select the copy option given.

As I observe your attachment, you wrote your posting Oct 31 (forum time) and your attachemnt shows the next backup is not due until 8 a.m on Nov 1, your time.
It would appear that the program was waiting for the due date of 8 a.m. Nov1 (your t ime) to run the next backup.
But, somethings things are not as they appear so my assumption may not be correct.

Bit overwhelmed with all this!
On a separate 1 TB external Backup drive, I get 3 separate folders, on for each drive, i.e. C:, D: & E:
I can access those drives and see the saved files!
However on this newly formatted 3 TB (now partitioned 1 TB + 2TB) external drive I don't get that but I get separate files *.tib?
I can't open and access these .tib files?
Thanks

I am not sure I am understanding correctly.
The task shows that the external storage location is G:
The task will only save backups to the disk that was attached at time of task creation.
You only have one task so you can only save tib files to that single disk.
The attachment does not show which disk G is. Drive G cannot apply to both external disks.
Using 2 different target disks for TrueImage backup.

Note: If you wanted the 3TB as just one partition, it could be partitioned/formatted as GPT.

Attached is the Partition layout I was advised needed for 32 Bit Windows 10 which will not recognise greater than 2.2 TB external drives.

You: Note: If you wanted the 3TB as just one partition, it could be partitioned/formatted as GPT.
I was informed that Windows 10 32 Bit will NOT accept/recognise 3TB external Drives?

Actually Grover is correct in cases of data drives. Boot drives are the same but the PC must be UEFI capable. See the Microsoft article linked below for more details:

How are you trying to open those tib files? You should be able to double click them in Windows File Explorer to open them.

Windows File Explorer does NOT open them?
Please see image attached
I checked one of my other 64 Bit systems and the *.tib files are coloured Blue!
Not so with this Win. 10 32 bit system files I can't open?
Thanks

Composer,
You will need to elaborate a bit more on what you mean that "Not so with this Win. 10 32 bit system files I can't open?"
What action are you taking to open these files? You should be able to double click on any .tib file which should result in Windows File Explorer mounting the file and dispalying it's contents. This is not so? If not what does happen when you double click on these files?

Note TrueImage must be installed on the system in order for the double clicking/view to work.
The brighter color is indicating that specific file has been selected (rather than non-selected).

True Image 2016 IS installed on each of the three Systems
The only one showing the Greyed out files is the 32 Bit one!
The files on my 64 Bit machines are Blue by default. Not turning Blue if I select any of them!
Windows Explorer does NOT Open this 32 Bit file
It just does nothing when I try to Open it/them?
Cheers!

Are you logged onto Windows with an administrator account? Your description sounds a lot like a permissions issue.
- Anmelden, um Kommentare verfassen zu können

Yes I believe I am but I didn't ask for that, as I am the only user, this happened when I switched to Windows 10 from 7.
I did a Google & found -
To display all user accounts on Windows 10, open the “RUN” Command Box by simultaneously pressing the "Windows" and "R" key buttons. It now appears the "Run Console" on your Windows 10computer. Type here now the following command: netplwiz.
I then remove the tick in the box demanding I enter a Password!
My next reboot I think/hope I should be ok?
Thanks

I think I still need to know how I can access any files anytime I want and not be hampered by ' Administrator rights ' or anything else my computer asks for first?
Thanks
- Anmelden, um Kommentare verfassen zu können

True Image by design requires an administrator account to operate properly as low level disk access requires it. This is a security requirement of the Windows OS for such access. You may not like the fact that you have to create such an account on your machine and log on using that account but if you want the application to perform as intended I am afraid you have little choice in the matter.

So then why can't I access my Acronis Backup Files as Administrator on this 32 Bit system?
Thanks
- Anmelden, um Kommentare verfassen zu können

So you are logged in an admin account and this greyed out condition exists? I misunderstood your last post if that is the case.
Were you using this same account when you installed True Image?
- Anmelden, um Kommentare verfassen zu können

AFAIK I was NOT an Administrator before I installed Win. 10, 32 bit
I think I would have noticed that I was NOT required to Log in each time as now!
Thanks

Did you install Windows 10 or did you upgrade say Windows 7 to Windows 10? If you upgraded was True Image already installed on the PC before the upgrade to Windows 10 was done? If yes you should uninstall True Image and reinstall it.

You did in fact already suggest I do a Repair or if that fails a complete Re-Install (#5) which I did and both failed to rectify the problem!
- Anmelden, um Kommentare verfassen zu können

I managed to Contact Acronis Live Chat and they have done a complete clean-up, Uninstall then Re-Install!
All fixed now!
My sincere thanks to you guys and of course the support at Acronis!
Thanks again!
