Acronis True Image 2021 Universal restore imerror:

Thread needs solution

Hi

I create a iso in acronis Universal restore, but in the new computer it display error below :

```
video mode setup error:Error 0X1480006: invalid video framebuffer parameter
Line infor:0xac98503a7af41d1
$module:bootwiz_efia64
kernel comsole may work incorrectly
```

I tried this ISO in 3 computers, they have the same problem, it can only work in old computer.

but if building ISO in normal mode (not  Universal restore), nomatter in easy or advance they are good.

I check the link https://kb.acronis.com/content/62646, but I am using Acronis True Image 2021, it should be ok.

could you please help me with it ?

Thanks.

The strange thing is the Linux ISO build from advance mode include  the Universal restore feature, and works good.

But I need windows ISO with Universal restore...

Hello!

Did you tried to create a WinPE instead with the universal restore enabled as suggested in the KB?

Method 2. Use WinPE- or WinRE-based bootable media

Thanks in advance.

I tested latest "Acronis Cyber Protect Home Office", it has the some problem

Hello!

Thanks for the reply.

Did you added the drivers when creating the Universal Restore? That can be the trick to make it work.

Please refer to the following KB: https://kb.acronis.com/ati2022/aur

If the issue persists after the drivers are added I suggest you to raise a ticket with our support because that would require an investigation. https://kb.acronis.com/content/8153

Thanks in advance!
