All buttons and links disabled after installation

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I purchased Aconis True Image 2017 earlier today. I received the download links in my email. I downloaded and installed the Windows version. The installation failed abruptly. I then cancelled and retried. The installation then prompted me to dowload an updated installation, which I did. This time, the installation was successful and prompted me to restart my computer. After the restart, I launched the application and found that I can't "login" to my account or create a new account since all of the buttons and links are disabled. Subsequently, I can't even activate the tool with my product key since all of the input fields are disabled. I've attached a screenshot.

P.S. I've tried this both my my Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 turned on and off. I'm running on Windows 10 Pro.

I have never tried to do it that way. It may be easier if your create the Acronis Account by going to Acronis home page, click on My Account top right hand side of the page, and then you are given the option of logging in to an existing account or creating a new account. Create a new account. Once into the account, select products on the left hand side of the screen, then click on Add Keys on the right hand top of the page, and add the licence key.

Hopefully you will then be able to log into your account when you run Acronis on your PC/MAC.

If you still cannot log in, it may be that you did not select 'run as administrator' when you initially installed the program. If that is the case, find the installation file, right click on it and select run as administrator, and then select Reapir.
