Files from sync folder not showing up in online dashboard?

Hello-

I upgraded to TI 2017 with cloud subscription, and am trying to sync a local folder to the cloud.  The local folder contains 24 .tib files that are 20GB each.  I have been running the sync for almost 24 hours, and over 40GB has been sent from my PC, but no files or usage appear when I look online at my dashboard under syncs (the folder from the sync job is shown, but size is 0 byte.)  Is this normal behavior?  Is there no way to monitor the file upload status in the Acronis software?  It does say 9 days remaining on the sync, which is the correct amount of time for my upload speed.  The first 20GB .tib file also shows a green checkmark in windows explorer, indicating successful sync, but no file online yet?  Thanks for any feedback on this issue - I'd feel better if all my internet bandwidth usage showed my files are actually getting uploaded.

I don't use synch so I'm not the best to answer.  HOwever, you may try logging into your Cloud account directly and checking there as well.  If there are any issues with what showing in the console vs the synch console and/or the cloud, definitely reach out to support directly and work with them.
