Fabrice, welcome to these user forums.  This is just a user forum and we have no access to the Acronis systems that are used for licensing or serial numbers - you will need to contact Acronis Support directly for help with this issue.

There is no serial # for a trial version that I'm aware of.  I believe that you just install it and it installs in trial mode if there is no license key provided - it's been awhile though, so I'm not 100% sure. Definitely contact technical support if you are having trouble with any licensing, registration and/or account issues.
