Purchase new ATI 2017 but boot media generates "This is a trial version ...

Thread needs solution

Upgraded from ATI 2016 (licensed) to ATI 2017 3 PCs. Created the PE version to detect an Intel NVMe (750) drive. But when booting off the USB drive and attempting a backup it failed with "This is a trial version of True Image. . . You can purchase the full version, etc . ."

I verified the serial number at my Acronis account - it matches the installed version. The only reference in searching these forums was a similar failure with ATI 2015.

Heinz, welcome to these user forums.

Please check your Account page in the ATIH 2017 application GUI within Windows and check what you see there, you should have signed in to your Acronis account on that page.

If you still have a problem after doing the above then you will need to contact Acronis Support for more help as we have no access to the licensing systems involved.
