Unable to use product key
When I copy and paste the product key I received to activate my paid subscription I get a message saying that key is already in use. Since I couldn't do anything with the program I have now entered as "Trial" but when I go to the "Enter Key" box and enter the code, I still get a message that the code is already in use.
Help! Is there someone I can talk to to resolve this issue?

Thank you for your posting! Could you send me the serial number and login email you are using to sign in to your Acronis account in a personal message. I'll check where the key is registered. Currently, when you purchase Acronis True Image via online shop, a license key is automatically registered to the billing email-address, which can differ from the email you are using to log in to your Acronis account.
