Upgraded from Trueimage 2015 to 2017 - BUGS PART 3
With "Social Media Backup" when running the facebook backup after successfully authenticating to my facebook account I get
Internal server error.Error code 100011

Why is this happening? WFIW I disabled more firewall but somehow I doubt this is the problem.
And here's a question.. why can't I back this up to my NAS, I don't see any option?

Alex, the Social Network Backup option shows that this is for a Cloud backup - hover the mouse over the (i) icon in the top right corner where it states this. See screen shot below.

Thanks Steve... my question though is how can I backup locally. I don't want to use the cloud. In addition I only upgraded today and the cloud states it "expires" at the end of the year.

Alex, as far as I am aware this is a Cloud only backup option with no provision for making local backups.
All I can suggest is to open a support ticket directly with Acronis - you get upto 2 years support with the product. If you have bought a Perpetual license for ATIH 2017 then you get 30 days free trial of the Acronis Cloud with the product. If you don't take out a subscription for Cloud then any data stored in the Cloud will automatically be removed shortly after the trial period ends, and you will get several notification emails to tell you that this is going to happen.
You can obviously make local backups of your system data but this looks to be one of those 'added value' benefits that Acronis are trying to use to entice more uses to their Cloud service.

I've already logged a support ticket.
From my perspective facebook only backing up to the cloud is misleading advertising and they should sort this...
Examples...

And this table which does not specify "cloud only" but does specify "local only" elsewhere:

It's hardly "complete". So let's see what they say.

Just a side post nothing to do with what has been going on in the thread so far, I did my first facebook backup in the cloud and it failed.
To get it working I had to delete all the facebook data in the cloud and then uninstall TrueImage, run the Acronis Cleanup Tool, then restart to complete the action, then reinstall the latest Trueimage, then reboot again.... then it backed up correctly.
Anyway back to the original topic, no change in behaviour after doing this. Thanks.

Alex, thanks for the update and information on what you have had to do to get this working correctly for you in terms of the backup to the cloud. Please let us know the outcome of your support ticket with Acronis on the other question of whether this should be able to be backed up locally or to the network.
