What is the checksum (md5 or sha1) for Bootable Media ISO?

Thread needs solution
The one created by the application I just installed and updated in Windows and the one I downloaded from "My Accounts" have exactly the same size but different checksums. Which one is the most updated?

The one created by application:

MD5: b7d03aef0c7442454a9bb853f196bfb6
SHA1: 02d473378b12d4f480c54acbd433641fff4e722a

The one downloaded from my accounts:

MD5: 7dc20fc04aecc1a334e48a1943bd7978
SHA1: a3d26836cda7f51fe62720b5bff2f57b5f8f1a57

John, welcome to these User Forums.

There will be some differences between the Rescue Media created on your own computer and that downloaded from the Acronis account website, so I would not expect the checksums to be the same.

Please read forum topic: Acronis bootable media which discussed this topic in some detail a little while ago and received an official response from Acronis.

I think my main concern is the lack of MD5 or SHA1 checksum for the ISO media file. I need the code to verify that the ISO I downloaded has zero problem. You put an ISO file on your web site for people to download, then you can calculate its checksum and publish it on the same page.

Actually, for TRUE IMAGE 2015 download, an MD5 code was provided (please check the image below). So it would be great if something similar is provided for the 2017 version.

John, I can see checksum information for the main ATIH 2017 Installer file on my Acronis account pages but do not see any checksum for the .ISO Rescue Media download.

I would recommend sending a private message about this to Ekaterina to ask that this information be provided on the website as it has been for all earlier versions from 2016 back.
