Win PE
It would be nice if someone could make a step by step
documentation how to create Win PE and use
it in Acronis True Image, if possible, with
illustrationon. I have had read a lot about creating
Win PE in this forum, but I am missing the
exact manual doing step by step.

Uwe, any step by step guide to creating WinPE Rescue Media would need to make some assumptions unless it was to become a very large document.
The first assumption is that you have already installed the Windows ADK (or AIK for older versions) that is a requisite for making PE media.
If you haven't installed the ADK, then simply clicking on the option in the Rescue Media Builder for WinPE Media will direct you to download / install the ADK - this is over 3GB in size to download but you only need the top 3 options to be installed from the ADK.
Once the ADK is installed, then the Rescue Media Builder will guide you through the remaining steps provided that you just are interested in creating the 64-bit WinPE media - you should have a blank USB stick of 1-32GB connected ready to write to or a blank CD or DVD inserted.
The link that Thomas pointed you towards is an enhancement to the WinPE media building process but uses the same tool to actually create the final media - the key difference here is that the MVP Tool - Custom ATI WinPE Builder will allow you to create either 32-bit or 64-bit Media, and will also inject additional device drivers into that media depending on you putting those drivers in a folder ready to use.
Overall, both processes are fairly straight forward to use. Plus if you use the Advanced MVP Tool version, you will also get a web browser, file manager, PDF viewer, image capture etc included in the Rescue Media.
Final note: the 32-bit WinPE Media will work on both 32-bit and 64-bit systems. 64-bit only on systems with the same architecture.

Uwe, see the attached PDF document created using images captured for ATIH 2016 but which will be similar for 2017 except that the Media Add-on is now integrated so doesn't need a separate install (if I remember correctly).
