acronis incremental backup

Thread needs solution

 

Hello there, acronis spares received full backup in 2017, I have been incremental until September 2018, I can not restore them, please help me very sorry. How to put them all together and get the files back.

Please can you confirm what type of backup is being shown in the screen image? 
I have not seen files using the type of naming convention
LKP Backup_2017_04_28_22_00_11_824D.TIB
LKP Backup_2017_04_28_22_00_11_824D504.TIB

Have you changed the file names here, or were they created this way by Acronis True Image?

What Operating System is involved here?  Is this Windows or is it Mac?

Normally, when wanting to recover from a long chain of incremental backup files, you would just select the latest file (LKP Backup_2017_04_28_22_00_11_824D504.TIB) to recover from, and ATI would find all the other files belonging to the same backup version chain.

Ahmet, from your screen image, you are working within a Virtual Machine / Windows Server 2012 environment which is outside of my own experience here.

I would recommend opening a Pay Per Incident Support Case with Acronis who will be able to help you using TeamViewer to take remote control of the recovery action with you.
