And yet another issue with Acronis True Image 2018

Thread needs solution

For almost two days now, I have not been able to restore files from my cloud backups using either the ATI application, or the web interface.  When I try to download files from the web interface, I get a "gateway timeout" error.  When I try to restore files using ATI under Windows 10, I get the error below.  I would seem to be a server issue, but backups appear to be working.

I tried running the ATI installer and doing a repair, but that did not help.   Any idea what could be causing this problem?

I'm still waiting for a callback from ATI support regarding ATI 2018 installed on a new laptop, which does not show ANY of my backups.  I'm finding I'm spending far too much time trying to get ATI working.

Bernard, issues with the Acronis Cloud servers or function is something that only Acronis Support can really investigate.
