Backup fehlgeschlagen mit Synology NAS 7.1

Thread needs solution

I updated my Synology NAS to DMS version 7.1.
After the update, I can no longer make a backup from the Synology to the PC/external hard disk with Acronis True Images 2018.
I get an error that files are blocked by another application. Before the update I had no problems

I have never attempted to make any backups of my own Synology NAS content to any of my own backup storage drive.

I have updated my Synology NAS to DSM 7.0 and have not seen any issues with creating backups from Windows to the NAS to suggest that any permissions on the NAS have changed when going in that direction (PC to NAS).  I haven't seen any notifications to offer an upgrade to DSM 7.1 for my NAS yet so do not know if it would cause any similar issues?

I can only suggest reviewing the user account permissions on the NAS for the user being used by Acronis to do the backup to see if any have changed due to any increased security in the new version of DSM.

Note: I have a dedicated NAS user for my Acronis backup activities that only exists on the NAS and has no matching Windows user.
