Cloud size indicated wrong in True Image

Thread needs solution

Although my online Cloud account indicates I have sufficient space, the cloud account in my TI says I'm over and will not complete cloud backups.

I'm frustrated...I created a support ticket. They responded, asking me to re-create the TI folder under ProgramData and for all kinds of reports. I did what was instructed, result was the same...still an issue; I uploaded the reports. I did not get a response in about 2 days, so I replied again. They responded, a day later, and said there's no solution, but asked again for all the same reports I've already provided. This is BS...asking me for the reports again so they can check me off their list and not providing any other troubleshooting or potential solutions?

In the attached...the image on the left is what TI is telling me, although according to my online cloud account, image on the right, I have plenty of space. Interestingly enough, when I did have the TI folder re-created, the cloud size was reduced by a couple hundred MB. This is odd.

Any suggestions?

Scott, sorry but this is one of the issues that only Acronis Support can resolve or confirm with regards to your Cloud storage status, i.e. which is correct - the status shown on your computer in the ATI GUI or that shown on the Cloud Dashboard?

Please send a PM to Ekaterina and ask her to escalate this issue with the Support team - include your Support Case number and a link to this forum topic.
