Sorry but I do not really understand your question here.

If your system is UEFI booted, then the drive partitioning system should be GPT which uses NTFS for the file system formatting.

If you are trying to convert a GPT drive back to being MBR partitioning with NTFS then this is not really a migration that Acronis True Image is used to perform.  It is more normal for migration to be from MBR / NTFS to GPT / NTFS as described in the ATI 2018 User Guide: Unified Extensible Firmware Interface (UEFI)  and  Migration method sections.
