Georges, Kazuhiro, please see forum topic: GSOD when trying to backup parttion "C". and the 2017 forum topic linked from that topic.
Please open a Support Case with Acronis for this problem (as advised to the other users seeing it) so that Acronis development can understand the scope of this issue.

Probably fixed in build 9850 released overnight (Melbourne Australia).

This morning I installed 9850, but the result is same! GSOD !!!

Yes, this issue is not mentioned in the change log. Have you tried it with the release version of the oddly named creator fall update (northern hemisphere centric naming - in the southern hemisphere it is spring).

I updated to 9850 on my separate Windows10 Fall update (formal release), and it works OK as the previous 9660.
But it does NOT work on Windows10 preview 17017 and cause GSOD !!!
No thing has been changed!

Thank for the clarification. Not sure what priority Acronis gives to supporting what is in effect a beta build. I suspect with build 9850 their main concern would have been that it does not have issues with the 'Fall' update.

Have the same issue, works fine on my other two machines with the formal release, but not with 17017 on this machine.

If I remember correctly, there were some similar problems when the Creator's Update was first in Beta for Insiders testing, and this was resolved ultimately by Microsoft producing a later build along with some minor changes in ATI.

Acronis 2018 is compatible with the release 16281. rs3 -170829-1438 otherwise use the troubleshooting CD and boot from Acronis directly.

It is also working fine with Build 16299.rs3_release.170922-1354 which was the latest Insiders fast path build released for Redmond 3.

I have the same problems, actually on 17025.rs_prerelease.171020-1626. The problem exists since I went further from official Creators Release.
Green screen in each try to Backup, even to external SSD or to NAS.

Yes. I also confirmed TI2018 works on Windows Insider preview 17035 (released today) without any troubles!
However, it may occur again on next Windows Insider Preview, because we and Acronis do not know what is the cause of this trouble? Is ther any comments for this from Acronis staff?
