I can't update Acronis account user information

Thread needs solution

I apologize if this is the wrong place to post this question, but I cant find anything in the KB or a more appropriate forum.

From online Acronis account, I'm not able to update Acronis account user information. Company name, user type, etc. I can make entries in the text boxes but none of the changes are permanent. They revert to current values.

My account shows that the application is no longer supported (ATC 2018 perpetual) and gives forum and quick solution as my source for support.

Any help would be much appreciated!

Steve, please send a private message to Ekaterina (forum moderator) as she mentioned to another user that there have been some account issues that she is aware of, and she will be able to make changes for you if needed.
