Installation failure with True Image 2018 trial version
Hi!
I download the True Image 2018 trial version. But the installation has failure.
I wonder why?
I used to install True Image 2017 trial before but i have removed it long long time ago within less than 7 days because i don't know how to use it.
Now i would like to give it a trial and it seems installation has failure.
i enclosed a MSI log.

The Install log file shows the same error as described in KB 59045: Acronis Software: installation fails with "MainEngineThread is returning 1603" or "MainEngineThread is returning 1618"

Hi!
Thank you for your reply.
I clicked on view details when my installation failed.
it led me to knowledge base and it seem the error is
https://kb.acronis.com/content/33955
But when i check my PC, there isn't any Acronics installed.
i try install again and still failed. Attached is the new msi log.txt file.
Appreciate you may help to see what is really wrong.

The new install log still shows the same error messages as far as I can see.
Please try following the steps in forum topic: [How to] uninstall a previous installation and if this does not help resolve this problem, then you will need to open a Support Case direct with Acronis Support for Trial product support.
