mobil back up = need clarity

Thread needs solution

Hello,  I am trying to view my backuped pictures from my mobil phone (Android) and I am unable to see them individually on my pc where I downloaded in the back up folder.  When I click BROWSE FILES in Acronis True Image 2018 (HOME)  I get the Event code: 0x006400D7+0x0000FFF0+0x80070002 after I finished a new back up.  Attached.

I am able to view my camera's sd card back ups on Hard Drives easily soo why am I not able to view them in phone back up folder?

Wish for Future:  I would love to be able to sync back to my phone the pictures and folder that I edited on my pc because easier for me.  Will that ever be possible in the near future?

Sandy, welcome to these public User Forums.

Please ensure that you have the 2 Acronis Mobile Backup services started & running as shown on the Services page of the Windows Task Manager.

Also that acronis_drive.exe is allowed to run as shown on the Details page of the Task Manager when you click on the Browse files button in the ATI GUI for your Mobile backup task.

Hi Steve, Thanks for assistance.  I have sent you attached pictures of what you suggested I looked at and both are running/on.  So back to square one.   I still get the error in ATI.  What does GUI  ( G User Interface) stand for?

Sandy, thanks for the new images where all looks as expected.

What do you have shown for the Mobile Backup location in the ATI GUI Settings page and does this match the location shown in your first image for your mobile backup?

GUI = Graphical User Interface (one of many TLA's found here... Three Letter Acronyms!)..
