Poor Media Quality
I am using ATI 2018 on a Win10/64bit PC with an attached CRU 2 bay RAID with USB3 connection. When I do a back up, the back up completes successfully but upon validation it fails with the message indicating the cause may be poor media quality. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Hi Steve,
Help me please in this.
i have created a backup which contains two disks of my server using acronis backup advanced 11.5. destination location is a remote office and i configured a ftp server on a windows pc over there. specified that ftp location as destination while creating backup job.
connection speed over the internet between both location is 10Mbps approximately. backup size was almost 53GB so it automatically split the tib files in 2GB parts. it took around 15 hours to complete the task. backup done successfuly. The problem is, when i try to run an incremental backup of that first full backup, it failes with the following error. "acronis backup failed. a possible reason may be poor media quality. click retry to continue with volume 27".
What can i do?.

Aamir, welcome to these User Forums.
I have never used the Acronis Backup range of business products and haven't tried doing the type of remote FTP backup location you have used, so very difficult for me to be able to advise you in this matter.
I would suggest raising this issue in the Acronis Backup 11.7 Forum for business products or opening a Support Case directly with Acronis if you have a subscription that allows this?
