TI 2018 Won't Open

Thread needs solution

I've installed it, and am running backups. However, if I try to open the program, it gets hung up at "Applying User Settings". Any ideas?

If you have been able to install and create backups to run, plus these are running (presumably by schedule), then what has changed since you did this?

Are you running from an Administrator level account when trying to open the program?

Have you changed your security software (antivirus etc) since ATI was able to open OK?

You may need to whitelist ATI for any installed security software (or set it as an exclusion)
