TrueImage.exe freezes!
When I go to my Startup icon and attempt to open TrueImage 2018, the program freezes at the point showing in the first attachment. If I attempt to close the window with Task Manager, there is nothing "Acronis" showing there. After a minute delay or so, if I click on the frozen window, I get the message "TrueImage.exe is not responding". I've also attached a jpg showing the status of all Acronis services.
Later in the day:
Note that my daily backups are no longer working! If I want to restore a file, hopefully I can only do this with the Rescue Disk.
Note also that I downloaded 2018_12510 and when asked I clicked "Repair". No luck, I am still unable to run TrueImage.
My system: Dell XPS 8920, I7-7700K, 16GB RAM, 256GB M.2 PCIe x4 SSD, 2TB HDD, x64
So what do I need to do to get Acronis TrueImage to work again?
Thanks, MrBill

Hello Steve,
As you were typing your response, I was actually running the repair. Please see my original post for new information.
BTW - I'll happily upgrade to TI 2019 if that's what it takes to fix this problem!
Thanks, Bill

Bill, if the repair install didn't help resolve the problem, then the next step will be to try a clean install.
Make a copy of your C:\ProgramData\Acronis\TrueImageHome\Scripts folder where your task configuration files are held. Normally you could do this via the new option in the Settings page to Save the configuration to a zip file but if ATI 2018 is not opening for you, this won't be possible unless you have done this previously.
Uninstall ATI 2018 as normal, then use the Acronis Cleanup Tool (link in my signature) to remove all other traces, then restart the computer before attempting to install again.
Test that ATI 2018 is working correctly after the install, then close it again, stop all the Acronis Services / end all processes (in that order) before copying back the contents of the Scripts folder for your task configuration.

YES, that worked! I changed 1 part of your instructions. Rather than reuse the script file, since my setup was very simple - I simply created a new setup file.
So, thank you very much Steve!!
