Unable to update ATI 2018

Thread needs solution

I have searched all forums to find an answer but no result.

I tried all ways: run as administrator, deactivate norton protection, downloaded the file, automatic upgrade... NO WAY.

Same result: "Installation has failed. Erreur irrécupérable lors de l’installation".

The version installed: 12510, windows 10 64 bits.

Already tried all recommended solutions, nothing works.

I'll disable the automatic upgrade and stay on my last working version. Don't dare uninstalling and reinstalling in case the new installation won't work and I'll be unable to use ATI any more.

Very unhappy because I've been using ATI since version ONE.

Sam, sorry but without more information from such as the installation log, it is difficult to help further other than to suggest you open a support ticket with Acronis.

Sam, see Purchasing Acronis Support Program | Knowledge Base where Acronis offer a Pay Per Incident service and will refund the cost if the issue is found to be caused by their software.

An alternative would be to upgrade to ATI 2019 where you would have free support during the life cycle of the product up to a month after the next version is made generally available.
