Access to the cloud file is denied

Thread needs solution

Hi there,

 

I'm getting these messages and I do not know why...

I do not use cloud backup option.   This is a non-stop backup 

I then cleared off some space on the drive and tried again and got the second error message.

Sorry but more information is needed to try to understand the context for these error messages?

What actual version / build of ATI are you using here?
ATI 2019 build 17750 was the final build released by Acronis.

What type of backup is being used here?
Disks & Partitions / Files & Folders?
What type of source & destination used?
Local drives, internal / external / network drives?

Is this a new backup task or one that has been working without previous problems?

Please download the MVP Log Viewer tool (link in my signature below) and use this to review the log file for your backup, clone or other operation. This should provide more information on why you are seeing any notification messages?

Given that ATI 2019 is now unsupported, there will be no fixes for new issues discovered unless it can be demonstrated that the issue is present in ATI 2020 where it would be fixed.
