Acronis Drive large volume of mobile backup data stored on C:\ %APPDATA%

Thread needs solution

Hi,

I am running into storage space problems on my C: SSD drive. I do not want to store any more data there than strictly necessary, so I directed mobile ATI Mobile backup data to E:\BAK\Acro_mobile. There are some *.tibx files there, which I don't seem to be able to open, but on the substituted M:/drive which seems to refer to C:\Users\%Current User%\AppData\Local\Acronis\Acronis Drive\Mobile backups, the are GB's of data, containing multiple backups of my mobile devices. How can I get rid of them, or rather, move them to my E:\BAK location?

Karel, welcome to these public User Forums.

As far as I understand & based on my own experience, the ATI Mobile Backup app creates a new full backup every time it is run!

The only method I found to delete all the excess copies of the data was to delete the Backup on the Mobile device with it connected to the PC, then this should delete the data stored on the PC along with the Mobile task in the ATI GUI.

After all the old data is removed, then with the Mobile Backup set to your new E:\BAK location, create a new backup on the Mobile again, but turn off any option to run this automatically!
