ATIH 2019 no longer able to backup

Had been working fine.  This is in Windows 11. May be related to latest Windows update.  Starting hanging at calculating time and at the same point everytime. From what I could find for KBs it recommends running the Acronis VSS Doctor.  But it hangs at VSS Shadow Storage Status. 

I had uninstalled ATIH and even used the Cleanup Tool for safe measure. But once a backup is schedule it hangs and really the only way to stop this is a restart of Windows.

The following are updates that would likely fall into a timeframe when this issue started.
