Baffling message delivery

Thread needs solution

Acronis 19 is working forme without problems except for the message it is trying to deliver but as you'll see from the screen grab it is a bit of a tease as it won't let me drag it into full view.

Any ideas what it is trying to tell me or how to see the whole message would be much appreciated.

Tim

Tim, the message looks to be coming from the Acronis Active Protection (AAP) feature and trying to warn of potential ransomware.

Open the main ATI 2019 GUI and then look at the AAP page and see what information is being shown there?

What screen resolution are you using for your display on this system - it looks like you are not meeting the minimum resolution of 1024 x 768 as described in the System Requirements section of the ATI 2019 User Guide?

Steve, Many thanks for your advice. My screen resolution is 1920 x 1080. My Active Protection was disabled and I'm waiting for the GUI to activate it as it is taking a long time for some reason

Thanks

Tim

I have same issue as Tim, screen resolution is 1920x1080 and ACC is active, it just pops up warning window as Tim's screen capture shows and you can't move it. I can close it by clicking on bottom part exposed on screen but not sure what I am OK'ing by doing that. Any further thoughts as to how to fix, seems to be bug to me in Acronis putting popup mostly offscreen rather then in the middle of screen.

Bill, welcome to these public User Forums.

Both your screen resolution and that for Tim should be fine in meeting the requirements for ATI so puzzling that the AAP pop-up is being shown in the way demonstrated in the screen image!

I am also using 1920x1080 on my HP Omen laptop display with no issues for when any AAP pop-ups are shown (that I can remember seeing!).

In my Windows 10 settings panel for the Display I have as shown below set:

Do either of you have different settings in play here?
