Can't Access backup folder

Thread needs solution

Okay, so basically I accidentally deleted Acronis from my PC when I was cleaning it out the other day. I have a backup saved on an external hard drive and when I deleted Acronis from my computer, I can no longer access this file. My free trial has ended on top of that and I don't have the money to buy the full version of Acronis. I am unable to access the dashboard since my free trial ran out so I can't get access to this file to change how to open it. I set the file to open with true image installer because that's the only thing it will let me open it with and it just asks me to either repair, or uninstall the program. I've been trying for days now and no luck. Is there anyway to access this file again? I have very important items on that drive and being in the current situation that I am, I may not be able to get these files back due to a simple mistake of deleting Acronis.

Nate, welcome to these public User Forums.

In your second screen image in the bottom left corner is a button [Create bootable media] - this is what you need to use so that you can recover your full backup back to your disk drive.

Note: you need to identify what BIOS mode is used by your Windows 10 OS - issuing msinfo32 in Windows will show this in the output report.  You must boot the Acronis Rescue media using the same BIOS mode in order for the recovery to be successful.

See KB 59877: Acronis True Image: how to distinguish between UEFI and Legacy BIOS boot modes of Acronis Bootable Media - with reference to the above note.

Finally, please take a look at forum topic: [How to] recover an entire disk backup - and in particular the attached PDF document showing this process for recovery.
